Asus ZenWatch unveiled, comes with Android Wear

Asus has finally launched its first smartwatch that runs Android Wear platform. Its 1.63″ Asus ZenWatch. This new smartwatch comes running Android Wear and is only compatible with Android 4.3+ devices. ZenWatch is not circular type smartwatch rather it is having square type dial with curved edges. Asus has also loaded 320×320 resolution 2.5D curved touchscreen over it that is further protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

Asus has also added various new ZenUI features in this small master piece. These are:

  • Watch Unlock(Let’s you unlock your Android smartphone just by tapping the watch face)
  • Tap Tap(Assign any particular activity via its Android app, double tapping will awake that feature)
  • Remote Camera
  • Cover to Mute(may be covering your watch will mute the ringtone of incoming calls)
  • Find My Phone(This would be helpful to locate your Android device once its under the range of Bluetooth connection)
  • Presentation Control
