Galaxy S5 specifications leaked with image, coming with 16MP camera

The Electronic Times News comes up with certain specs of Samsung’s upcoming Smartphone Galaxy S5 in the line of S series. Samsung managed to position itself on the top this year mostly with its S series phone. And now it’s coming with another S series Smartphone – Galaxy S5. A Korean online news- EtNews has aired its specs. The article says much about the camera of this Smartphone which is going to be 16 megapixels unlike other S series Smartphone launched up till now. Samsung has been using this 16 megapixels camera in there special featured phone live Galaxy Zoom. It seems that Samsung is upgrading the premium Smartphone’s features.

According to the industry on August 25, the Advanced HW Development Team of the Wireless Business Division of Samsung Electronics is developing a Smartphone module with a 16-mega-pixel camera module scheduled to be launched next March. To meet the development schedule of Samsung Electronics, SONY is known to have moved up the release schedule for the 16-mega-pixel Back Side Illumination (BSI) CMOS Image Sensor (CIS).

This 16 megapixels camera will come with OIS (optical image stabilization) Auto Focus Actuator which will result in better quality and clearer image. Samsung is in process to develop 16 MP camera for Galaxy S5 with its partners. It is also noted that Samsung had tried to combine OIS in Note3 but due to some problem regarding parts supply they had to quit this idea.

Other specs are not known but seem it will be an upgraded version of its predecessor Galaxy S4. As Galaxy S4 has been a huge success and Samsung earned up most portion of its profit from this phone we have more expectations from S5. Still there is a lot of time to time to talk about this but as you know leaks will keep coming till it will be launched.
