Gionee S5.5 India launch scheduled for March 30

Lets welcome the worlds most thinnest and coolest mobile which will always attract good indian audience, its Gionee Elife S5.5. A report sourced here says that Gionee S5.5 India launch is schedule for March 30, just about 3 weeks to go. The expected price for  this masterpiece would be around 22,000-24,000 INR. As per its name, it is having 5.5mm thinnest body, all prepared by aluminium for extra rigidity. Gionee has packed 2.0GHz MediaTek’s MT6592 processor which is having true 8 cores in it. This processor is also combined with 2GB of RAM. There is a 13MP auto-focus camera on rear and 5-MP front camera on front. You will get 16GB on board storage without any micro-SD card slot. Gionee has added 5-inches 1080p screen with ~434ppi and to keep it all alive, they have packed all this on 2300mAh Li-Ion battery. Take a look at the teaser:

Gionee S5.5 India launch is about 3 weeks later, but the its main competitor, Micromax Canvas Knight A350, with same specs but better camera and more memory is already in India. But in design terms, Gionee S5.5 is driving us crazy. Stay Tuned! We have lots of more things to tell you.
