Nokia Lumia 1520 is yet to be released and in mini version is also in the way to get unveiled. The specs that have been rumored so far are:

It is expected to be released for Verizon on the third week on November. May be with this 6 inch phablet strategy, Nokia can score a bit in the smartphone race. Nokiapoweruser depicted the price of Lumia 929 for $199 on contract and $599 off contract.
