Apple started testing on iOS 7.0.1, 7.0.2 and 7.1 after the release of iOS7. It’s a proactive step since the iOS7 is still not reached to the end-user and Apple started testing the upgraded version. According to 9to5mac, these are the bug fixes for iOS7.
Based on Apple’s past release history, iOS 7.0.1 and iOS 7.0.2 are designed as successive bug fix updates, while iOS 7.1 could bring either new functionality or support for new hardware.
